Peaceful Pathways Mental Health Agency LLC is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all protected health information (PHI) in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its applicable Privacy and Security Rules. The agency implements appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of client health information.

Access to protected health information is limited to authorized personnel who require the information to perform their job responsibilities. All staff members are trained on HIPAA regulations and confidentiality standards and are required to comply with all federal and applicable state laws governing the protection of health information.

Peaceful Pathways Mental Health Agency LLC will not use or disclose protected health information without the client’s written authorization except as permitted or required by law, including circumstances related to treatment, payment, healthcare operations, public safety, or legal obligations.
